Frequently Asked Questions:
Q: Why do I need a Turdlebag?
A: Here’s the thing about the Turdlebag: once you try it, you won’t be able to live without it. Turdlebag is more than just another accessory, it actually makes walking your dog, and picking up after your dog, easier and more enjoyable. So try one out, and if it doesn’t improve your life, you can send it back for a full refund. How easy is that!?
Q: What is your refund policy?
A: If you are not 100% happy with your Turdlebag we will replace or refund your purchase. Just send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org, with your name, whether you need a refund or a replacement, and please let us know why you aren’t happy.
Q: Will Turdlebag be big enough for my dog?
A: Most likely, yes. We have tested Turdlebags on dogs up to 90 pounds. We have two dogs weighing 30-35 pounds each, and one Turdlebag can (and has!) hold four of their poos at one time. Turdlebag was created with a unique roll-top design so that, although the main compartment is large, it can be rolled down and thus is quite compact on a leash. You can roll the top down all the way for small loads, or just a little bit if your Turdlebag is full.
Q: Is Turdlebag 100% odor proof?
A: Currently Turdlebag is 80% odor proof. We call it “odor reducing”. The fabric we use is lightly coated (similar to a backpack) so it holds in more odor than not using anything at all. We are currently working on a 100% odor proof liner.
Q: Are Turdlebags available in stores near me?
A: That depends – where do you live? We love local pet stores and if your store is not carrying Turdlebags yet, let us know and we will make it happen!
Q: How do I wash my Turdlebag?
A: Your Turdlebag can be washed in your washing machine and air dried.
Q: Why don’t you make Turdlebags in the U.S.?
A: We would love to make Turdlebags in the U.S., but like many small companies, it is cost prohibitive at this time. We think Turdlebags are awesome enough that we wanted to be able to sell them, rather than do nothing. We are always looking for opportunities to bring our manufacturing back home, so if you have ideas please let us know!
